Dogger

Industrial Gulf

October 23, 2012 by Dogger

After the Cameron Parish Wildlife refuge, I Made my way down to the Gulf Of Mexico. In these remote areas of SW Louisiana the Gulf is an Industrial place with Gravel beds, Gas imports and exports…it is a big contrast to the beauty of the refuge.

Bridges are the only way around in this giant swamp

Gravel operations in view of the refuge

The Edge of the refuge..a heron perches on the pipeline indicator

The Gulf is stirred up on a bit of a stormy day

Off Shore rig..
