Well, here we have 2 types of Ribs.. one is from a modern restaurant called Doc B’s.. a chain, and cooked ” Danish ” Style.. ( what ever that is?)… the other, is from Rudy’s BBQ on 183, also a chain but born in Texas and smoked onsite at the gas station/restaurant… both were very tasty, but something about that locally smoked meats just seems sooooo good…
