Downtown San Francisco and Point Reyes
My iMac is in the shop so I am pulling random photo’s from my iPhone and little cam.. Here are a couple of shots of the house from earlier this year.. and Chris got a new PUPPY!
Spring had come to Austin Texas, and I was back on the trail.. in this case, the Vista Knoll trail in the Balconies Canyonlands…Wonderful views..
The Creators of this Cache went to a lot of effort to pull this all together. including building a big Obelisk with a machine that flattened quarters with a stamp of the cache as a momento.
The Guardian is an elaborate geocache that takes you all over the city basically…the creator of the Cache took us on a series of caches of which each provides another clue to the last stop on the cache.. The last stop is these elaborate grounds complete with ghouls and scary monsters…even in these final gardens which are on about a 2 acre area there are clues to find including the key letters and numbers to build a combination for a lock that protects the final cache.
Richie and I headed out to do some Geo Caching.. and the Cache was called the Guardian at Britannia manor…Lets just say as we approached the cache.. it got a little spooky
After walking out of the candy store.. we wandered down congress.. I snapped a couple of shots of the graffiti that is ever changing..
Over on Congress is a great Candy shop..had to stop by for a pack of Candy Smokes!
