The Trail at Guadalupe river are pretty flat and wide open… well signed and if you hike all the loops and trail you can get about 6-7 miles which is pretty good for central Texas Public lands…

Chief and I took a little road trip South west of New Braunfels Tx.. To Guadalupe St. Park.. beautiful day and a nice hike…it starts out down an old country lane.. then gets a little more rugged as it parallels a bluff over the Guadalupe river..

Lake Travis, Down about 30 feet from its normal levels… still indicative of the drought we are in. Although this year we have had some rain, and milder temperatures. Last year to date we would have already had 17 100 degree + days.. this year..maybe 1.

Docks much lower than normal

Wabler Vista does indeed have Vista’s… mostly of Lake Travis which is running about 30 feet below normal still. You can also have a great view back into the preserve.
